Accommodation
Sleeping capacity in a nutshell:
Four good size double bedrooms (Three have a sea view) - one with king size bed, two with a double and one with a double and a bunk bed.
Living/Dining Room
The large living room overlooks the Bay of Brest. Glass doors open out onto a balcony with iron railings which runs along two sides of the house. There is a seating area with a log burning stone fireplace and two stylish leather sofas, wicker chairs and a TV, The dining area has an oak dining table, plus sideboard and bookcase.
A unique iron spiral staircase, leads upstairs to the second floor which has wooden floors throughout.
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs) - A roomy master bedroom with sea view and king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) - Equally roomy bedroom also with sea view. Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a bunk bed.
An additional W.C. and separate wash room is situated between the two upstair bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor)
Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers it has a window that overlooks the front garden.
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs)
Large bedroom with sea view. Double bed, wardrobe space.
Sitting Room (Downstairs)
Large sitting room with sea view. Wicker armchair and small sofa.
Kitchen
Good size Kitchen equipped with larder fridge (with freezer compartment), gas oven, two separate gas hobs and that all important dishwasher, plus a small table and stools.
Bathroom 1 (Ground Floor)
The ground floor has a bathroom with corner bath and powerful shower.
Bathroom 2 (Downstairs)
Brand new large luxury bathroom with two metre by two metre walk in shower and vanity unit with wash basin.
Outside
The house is surrounded by a well tended enclosed garden, with lawned areas, hedges, trees and shrubs (Includes: Hydrangea, Mimosa, Bay, Lavender, Lilac and Palm). There is a built-in barbecue area and patio with sweeping views over the bay. There is a parking area to the front of the house plus an off-road drive with room for two cars to the rear.
Children
A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
