The villa is on the outskirts of the village of Roscanvel on the beautiful Crozon peninsula, Parc Regional d’Armorique and is situated on a quiet road which leads to the viewpoint of the famous Pointe des Espagnols. Many spectacular sandy beaches can be reached in just 10 minutes drive. A variety of shops and quayside restaurants can be found in the picturesque seaside towns of Morgat and Camaret-sur-Mer both just 20 minutes drive away.
